Description
Scrubbers are important pollution control equipment, which use liquids to remove particulate matter, solids, mists and harmful gases from industrial waste gas, or to recover valuable products and prevent the loss. The industrial scrubbers manufactured by Weihai CM are mainly applied in refinery, metallurgy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, and so on.
Structure
- Tower body: The main part of the scrubber, which is used to accommodate the packed bed and the spraying system.
- Packed bed: Consists of packings in various shapes, aiming to increase the gas-liquid contact area and improve the purification efficiency.
- Spraying system: Evenly sprays the scrubbing liquid onto the packing bed through nozzles to have full contact with the waste gas.
- Collection system: Collects the waste liquid after scrubbing and discharges it to the wastewater treatment system.
- Other auxiliary equipment: Such as pH control devices, liquid level control devices, circulating water pumps, etc., which are used to maintain the normal operation of the scrubbers.
