Mature Experience
With decades of experience in mixing manufacturing, we conduct trial runs of the mixing device for each reactor before leaving the factory and record the data. For critical equipment, we also perform on-site tracking and maintain comprehensive records. To date, we have accumulated 16 years of trial run data, which provides a reliable basis for impeller selection and power determination. Thanks to the extensive database, familiar mixing system can be directly finalized based on it without further calculations.

Professional Research Team
The design of a successful agitation device needs to combine the knowledge of chemical engineering and technology, computational fluid dynamics for agitation, and mechanical design.
Learning customer requirements, our engineers use 3D modeling software, CFD flow field analysis and FEA finite element analysis to accurately simulate and analyze the fluid behavior, heat transfer process, multi-physical field coupling, and the structure of the reactor, so as to evaluate and provide scientific basis for optimization

Mixing Laboratory
The Fluid Mixing and Agitation Laboratory is specifically dedicated to research on mixing and agitation. The laboratory is equipped with a variety of test instruments, include: agitation comparison test bench, power number test workbench and mixing simulation test equipment. These instruments can conduct all-round parameter measurements of various agitators and can carry out agitation simulation tests according to customer requirements.
