Weihai CM provide professional and optimal stirred reactors (STR) with innovative technology. Through CFD flow field analysis, we can accurately simulate the internal fluid dynamics, including the torque on the impeller, flow field shape, the gas content, and so on. Based on the analysis and the decades experience of accumulation, our technical team will work with clients for the optimized stirring parameters of the reactor for process requirements.

 

 

Laboratory Simulation

Stirred reactor is our core product, Weihai CM has also a comprehensive laboratory for stirred reactors, which equipped with comprehensive test bench, stirring comparison test bench, PIV particle imaging instrument and other experimental instruments, carrying out magnetic drive test, stirring simulation, and the fluid mixing & stirring test etc. Through the measurement and further analysis of the flow field and stirring power in the simulation test, the solution can be optimized and determined.
