Recently, Weihai Chemical Machinery (referred as "Weihai CM") successfully obtained the Product Design Approval (PDA) certificate issued by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
The approved product is named "Explosion Welding Composite Plate" covering product categories including stainless steel-steel, nickel-steel, and titanium-steel composite plates under the ASME SA264, ASME SA265, and ASTM B898 standards.
This international certification marks another significant milestone for the company following its acquisition of the ASME "U" and "U2"stamps. It further enriches the company's product portfolio and signifies that Weihai CM's composite plate products have entered the shipbuilding and high-end marine engineering sectors.
