During the use of stainless steel reaction vessels, the risk of decomposition and explosion has become extremely low. This is certainly due to the continuous advancement of reaction vessel research and development technology, which has greatly improved the safety factor of various reaction vessel products. However, some serious improper operations may still pose a risk of decomposition and explosion in stainless steel reaction vessels.
For example, excessive catalyst dosage or fast feeding speed can cause rapid temperature rise, which can lead to the decomposition and explosion of stainless steel reaction vessels. Mechanical impurities are introduced into the stainless steel reactor, causing local friction and heating, leading to the decomposition and explosion of the reactor.
Handling method:
1. Be careful not to drop mechanical impurities during maintenance. The bearing components wear and generate heat, leading to overheating and an increase in temperature, resulting in the decomposition and explosion of the reaction vessel.
2. Strictly inspect the quality of spare parts and improve the quality of maintenance. The friction between the agitator blades and the kettle wall caused local overheating, leading to the decomposition and explosion of the stainless steel reaction kettle.
3. Improve the quality of maintenance and spare parts. The malfunction of the catalyst system instrument self-control or catalyst pump operation resulted in the decomposition and explosion of the stainless steel reaction kettle.
4. Inspect and debug instruments to achieve accuracy and sensitivity. Excessive catalyst dosage or fast feeding speed can cause rapid temperature rise and result in decomposition and explosion.
5. Strictly control the amount of catalyst used and ensure even feeding. The increase in oxygen content in the process system caused the decomposition and explosion of the stainless steel reaction kettle. Usually it should not exceed 1ppm.
6. Strictly control the oxygen content in the process system.
