The magnetic coupling mechanical stirring reactor mainly adopts a static sealing structure, and the magnetic coupling mechanical stirrer is connected to the motor drive through a magnetic coupling. Due to its non-contact torque transmission, the static seal replaces the dynamic seal, which can solve the leakage problem of stirring and make the entire medium and stirring components work completely in a sealed state. Therefore, it is more suitable for stirring reactions of various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, valuable media and other highly permeable chemical media. It is an ideal leak free reaction equipment for sulfurization, fluorination, hydrogenation and other reactions in petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer material polymerization, food and other processes.
The material of the sealing ring used for different models of microreactors is different. Generally, each reactor is equipped with 1-2 sealing rings at the factory.
All sealing rings of the high-pressure reactor are embedded in the A-type double line seal. According to the frequency of use of the reactor, they are generally replaced once every 2 years, unless the sealing components are damaged during operation and need to be replaced in a timely manner.
Conducting a sealing test on the reaction kettle can effectively verify the sealing of the equipment and keep it in good operating condition. So how to conduct a sealing experiment?
1. Heating and pressurization sealing experiment, the experimental medium can be air or nitrogen, but inert gases can be used, and the use of oxygen or other gases is prohibited.
2. It is necessary to slowly increase the temperature and pressure. The heating rate shall not exceed 80 ℃/h. During pressure testing, connect a steel cylinder to the inlet valve of the reaction vessel.
It is necessary to increase the pressure in stages, with a distance of 20% working pressure. Each stage should be held for 5 minutes, and when it reaches the experimental pressure, it should be held for 30 minutes to check the sealing condition.
The experimental pressure is 100-105% of the working pressure.
3. If leakage is found during the experiment of the magnetic coupling mechanical stirring reactor, the pressure should be reduced first, and then the nuts and joints should be tightened appropriately. It is forbidden to tighten the nuts and joints under high pressure.
